Final Post "upgrades"

I really love the way that i learn many things in this course that are going to give me more capacity to deal with stress. many mental work outs and examples of them are the tools that i really take of this course to use as a professional and human as well, because we have to be an example of all the things that we try to manage or delete from our clients.

Introduction: 

Why is it important for health and wellness professionals to develop psychologically, spiritually and physically? What areas do you need to develop to achieve the goals you have for yourself?
How have you assessed your health in each domain? How do you score your wellness spiritually, physically, and psychologically?
List at least one goal you have for yourself in each area, Physical, Psychological (mental health) and Spiritual.
What strategies can you implement to foster growth in each of the following domains; Physical, Psychological, and Spiritual. Provide at least two examples of exercises or practices in each domain. Explain how you will implement each example.
How will you assess your progress or lack of progress in the next six months? What strategies can you use to assist in maintaining your long-term practices for health and wellness?

It’s important to develop these three areas of our human being as professionals because we have to know what we are going to do with every patient that we are going to treat, for example is that patient is suffering for family problems, drug addiction, or just that the patient needs some God’s love and the patients need some push to look for the love of God, and we can take physically situations for example obesity and we can teach the patient to develop or understand a better lifestyle or to change their eating habits, so for those examples I think that we supposed to be prepared to confront those situations.

Assessment: 
I do personally think that I have very good score in these three concepts because in first place from my early years I have the love of God in my life because I go to the church every time that I want and I use to maintain myself in confidence with God every day.
Second place in my psychologically if feel very strong and clear on my mind and thinking because I use to practice love-kindness and that means that I have to take care about myself to take care about others and that is possible because I have God’s love in my life.  
Third place, my physical status its very good one because I am athlete form the beginning of my life and I use to compete in many sports as track and field, volley ball, basketball, and bodybuilding , that I practice in actually, that means that I life a healthy life style and I love to promote health because this is life.

Goal development: 
My spiritual goals are to maintain every day with more confidence with God and love Him more every day to be happiest.
My psychological goal is to practice many more mental work outs to help others to prevent stressful situations.
My physical goal is to maintain myself physically active every day of my life until I got the strength to develop.
Practices for personal health: 
In physical I can promote healthy lifestyle to increase better quality of life to others and promote healthy good eating habits to decrease the risk of many chronic diseases.
In spiritually I can show to others the really good love that God’s can give to us and the peaceful times that live when we got Him on our lives.
In psychological I can promote many mental work outs as meditation or just to learn to stay calm or quiet to hear the sounds of the ocean or to practice for example live-kindness.

Commitment: 

I really like the mental work outs as the most helpful exercises to be out of stress because we can take our place alone to hear the waves, the sound of the ocean, the sound of the birds in a forest or just to close your eyes to imagine good pictures or moments that you live to be calm, also the practice of love-kindness that is the best because you learn on how to take care about you before to be on charge of others situations or just to bring love.

Mental Exercises

I do personally love the way that love-kindness method can help us, because with this mental work out we can take care about us and refresh our memories in were are our mistakes, so for that this particular exercises help us to love our self , take care about us, improve our desire to be better people, to be good friends, co-workers, family members and better human in all aspects because we have to revised our self before try to bring love to others.

"One cannot lead another where one has not gone himself"
i do think that we have to be prepare to deal with any situation because we don't know the problems of the people that surround us in our work places, friends, family and any people that we meet in our day by day, also we have deal or solve our problem to help or take care about the others because that can be like a boom, because either of the problems are in the same way and everybody can be hurt, so the best deal is to end something to start other chapter.

I personally think that we have to practice the love-kindness exercises every day because that the way that we can give a good treat to every one because we are going to start being gentle and appreciate more the reason that we live to give love to others. 
we can help many people with this exercise because we are going to be prepare to motivate them to have a positive way to see their live and to be gentle with other people, family, co-workers and many others.

There is some differences between love-kindness and the subtle-mind because in the first one we have to take care about feelings, sensations, thoughts, or any other kind of feeling that take our mind out of concentration, also the subtle mind help us to control those feelings because its an exercises about the combination of breath and mind.

I do personally think that this exercise we have to use or put on practice every day because for me its very important to receive a good treat by every one, also we have to be honest, humble, happy, "cool" and many others good qualities with others because we want to be good people.

Mental workouts its something that we have to do every day to grow as humans, because that its going to help us to treat better, give love to others better, think better, and see the purpose of the life better from the three aspects as physiological, physical and spiritual.
