I do personally think that this exercise we have to use or put on practice every day because for me its very important to receive a good treat by every one, also we have to be honest, humble, happy, "cool" and many others good qualities with others because we want to be good people.

Mental workouts its something that we have to do every day to grow as humans, because that its going to help us to treat better, give love to others better, think better, and see the purpose of the life better from the three aspects as physiological, physical and spiritual.

    You are so right. Mental workouts help us love ourselves and other people. It is easy to hate, feel anger and jealousy. It is harder to forgive and feel compassion. To train the mind to focus on tolerance and loving kindness is something that needs to be worked every day. Good luck on your journey!
